It's been a while since I've posted anything here. Julian is gaining lots of new skills, most especially jumping (sorry, no photo yet) and talking--he constantly amazes us with words and ideas. He also likes playing with playdough enough that he hardly ever puts any in his mouth. And he continues to be happy and a joy to be around.
We visited the grandparents for Chanukah--at his age, the most exciting part of getting presents is unwrapping them, perhaps with the exception of the basketball and hoop.
A while back, our friend Audrey gave him his first haircut. Now, he needs another one, but this is what he looked like right after the first one.
Julian turned two last week and Mama came up the great idea of an indoor, midwinter pool party. Lots of fun for two-year-olds who like water. Photos soon!
Yesterday, we went to the Wenham Museum, which has a great exhibit of model trains. Julian spent almost two hours watching them and probably would have spent all day if we hadn't pulled him away to take a nap. Fun for grownups, too! We have also visited Logan Airport, where he checked out the children's play area.
After all that, time for sleep, with his best friend, Ellie the elephant (a/k/a Spout).
